Preparation instruction

To begin this recipe you will first need to thoroughly scrub and clean eight purple carrots underneath cool running faucet water.

Next take out your juicer and plug it in. If you notice dust or debris on your juice machine then be sure to wipe it down.

Next place a glass or jug under your juicer spout, turn on the machine, and then begin feeding your carrots through the juicer one by one.

If you have a small juicer then you will need to cut your carrots beforehand using a very sharp kitchen knife. Once your glass is full give the yummy juice a quick stir using a teaspoon.

As an optional garnish place a freshly cut lemon wedge into your glass.
