Indian style Carrot Juice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 Large Fresh Ripe Juicy Organic Carrots
  • 1 Small Green Chili Pepper
  • 6 Large Mint Leaves
  • 1 Large Fresh Organic Mango
  • 1 Small Chunk Of Ginger
  • 2 Cups Of Cubed Watermelon

Preparation instruction

To get started first you will want to peel your juicy carrots, as this will create a much sweeter tasting juice. Next wash and rinse all of your produce under cool tap water.

Once all your produce is ready, plug in your juice machine and begin juicing. You can't always predict how much juice will get squeezed out of your produce, so make sure you have backup carrots just incase your liquid yield is low.

Once you have roughly a liter of juice then you can shut off the machine. Using a long spoon you will want to energetically stir the beverage until it's one solid and uniform color.

When you made this, served it poured over crushed ice, however it tastes great straight from the juicer and without any garnishments.

One thing I should mention is in regards to the green chili pepper and ginger. Go easy on both of these if you have a really sensitive stomach, or you can exclude them altogether if you wish.
