The first thing you'll want to do in the preparation process is to wash and rinse all of your carrots, spinach, kale, cilantro, and basil.

Next place your juicer on to a flat kitchen surface and then slide your juice collection jar into place. Flip the on switch and force all of your fresh produce through the machine.

You will want to extract no less than one liter of juice, so make sure that you have some extra produce if the initial batch has a low juice yield.

Once you are finished with the quick juicing process, go ahead and stir up the beverage to even out the flavor and consistency.

This juice will stay fresh for forty eight hours if you store it in an airtight glass juice jar. For a quick tip, drink your juice through a straw and reduce tooth enamel stains.
