To begin the recipe, you will first want to thoroughly wash and rinse your peeled baby cut carrots. I buy the organic prepeeled variety, which save on preparation time.

Once your baby carrots are clean, take out your juicer and plug it in.

Next place a tall glass under your juice spout. You are now ready to begin making the juice, so slowly feed all of your baby carrots through the machine.

Once your glass is full of carrot juice, briskly stir into the beverage the fresh squeezed lemon juice and organic mangosteen juice.
